Inter-school Afterschool Program
Xplorers Without Borders Club, a virtual after school program designed for students between 10 and 14 years, from different schools in Africa to engage in service learning and project based learning activities that will make Africa an outstanding continent. Members of Xplorers Without Borders Club initiate service learning projects, and play key roles in developing solutions to community issues. IB Primary Years Program
The curriculum we use is the International Baccalaureate Primary Years Program. PYP (Primary Years Program) is committed to students learning in a transdisciplinary context from ages 3-11 . Each year in the programme of inquiry, students study 6 units of inquiry that fall under each of the transdisciplinary themes:

4. How the world works
5. How we organise ourselves
6. Sharing the planet
This learning is transdisciplinary as it "transcends the confines of the subject areas to connect to what is real in the world". It is built around the 5 essential elements of knowledge (the programme of inquiry), key concepts that have relevance beyond subject areas, transdisciplinary skills (communication, thinking, self-management, research and social), attitudes and action.
